Stick a fork in us. We are officially finished with the last bit of trim, which means the house is totally finished. Took us just under 8 months from the time I started finish carpentry until today. Glad it’s over. Here’s the last pics of the trim around the stairs, and some pics of the front and back porches after we cleaned up all the tools and such.



















I want to seriously thank everyone for the help and advice, and the kind words throughout this 5 year process. To be able to live on the land you hunt is a blessing, and I’m thankful for it. This will be my last update to this thread. Thanks to everyone for coming along for the ride.

I appreciate it. I genuinely hope it all looks like it should. We saved some money doing what we could. Plus apparently finding good subs is a problem in my area
