After unsuccessfully trying for years to have kids of our own, my wife and I decided to foster to adopt through CPS. We got two girls in our first placement a little over a year ago, and it worked out that we were able to adopt them! They’re 6 and 3, and perfect. They even look like us, but we’ll have some interesting family photos in a few years, as their bio parents are 6’4” and 5’10”, and my wife and I are 5’6” and 5’1”. My oldest is excited about sitting with me in the stand this year, and I’m pumped about having a couple of hunting and fishing buddies!
