    Waterfowl Mounts

I have these duck and goose mounts that I’m thinking about getting ride of.

    1. Can you even sell waterfowl mounts? I remember years ago my taxidermist told me he could only recoup his costs if someone didn’t come back and pick up their mounts because you couldn’t sell Wild Waterfowl Mounts

    2. Are they worth anything for sale or trade?

You can't sell migratory game birds unless they're pen raised and you have proof, which is usually a clipped toe.

Unfortunately you're stuck with them unless you give them away.

Wood is $200. Bird is free

Driftwood has value along with the string the geese hang from.

Can't sell, legal fees will far exceed anything you will get for them if you think playing games is worth it.

selling the "wood" is very risky and as mentioned above IF the feds decide to come after it, it won't be pretty. You can't even "trade" for them as that is considered a monetary transaction. Give away is the only legal option!

I did not figure I could sell them, did not really want to but was curious too.
I thought things may have changed. looks like the flock will land on the high rafters in my GarageZilla.
