Saw that in a pop up on the weather app this morning.
Brutal way to go.
I'm not sure why anyone should be sued.
Some elite runners in that field.
I would assume some had support crews as well.
Nobody looked at the weather, thought about the elevation, nothing?
Even if they didn't, nobody held a gun to their head and made em run.

I've watched people stumble half dead out of Barkley.
Leadville is another one.
100 miles through the mountains, up to almost 13k ft elevation.
