Fall-Off-The-Bone Oven Baked Baby Back Ribs

For those times when you don’t feel like firing up the grill.

Baking low and slow is the secret to these fall-off-the-bone oven baked ribs. Most of the recipe time is relaxing while the ribs bake in the oven.

Look mighty good! Sometimes quick and easy is the difference in ribs or take-out! Gotta watch out for the BBQ cops tho....shhh.

I do a version of that and finish on the gas grill.
      Always a hit!

Not to hijack, but someone on here years ago posted pig sickles. Holy moly, the bbq gurus would burn you at the stake but I often do those just for fun. Little bones of happiness.

You must not be from........Texas, in my most Texas voice.. Get you some Head Country BBQ sauce and get rid of that paste.

I prefer Head Country but the wife likes Sweet Baby Ray’s. She always wins.

Did a search and couldn't find anything. Now I have to know - what's a pig sickle?

That's what's in my fridge now. Good stuff for sure. Couple years ago those kind folks dropped some of their sauce and bbq rub off at the station while they were in town for the state fair. Been buying it ever since!
