I have, at least I think so. Three of them landed in my food plot once to feed on a dead pig, and one was a juvenile, so I assume one was balled, the other was no-balled and the juvie had a 50/50 chance of being balled. Just sayin’

Took my little brother hunting out at the sam Houston national Forrest yesterday morning. After our hunt we decided to do a little scouting in a new area. It wasn’t long after beginning our scouting expedition that we stumbled across a balled eagle with a broken wing. We were over a mile from the truck so I marked his location on my onX app and called the local game warden: he met us back at my truck and then we all went back in to try and catch him. Luckily he was only about 15 yards from where we found him and we were able to throw a blanket over him and get him safely in a portable kennel. Definitely a cool experience and it really felt good knowing the bird would be taken care of!
