No chance he’s convicted in Oklahoma, less than zero.

Grand juries can easily be influenced by what is presented to them. It's been a long while since I testified in front of a GJ but, unless things have changed the prosecution side presents their side to the GJ with no rebuttal from the the defense. Any rouge/liberal prosecutor can "sell" an indictment to a GJ.

If someone shoots at you and gets their *** shot off there shouldn't be any issue. He shot until he felt she wasn't a threat anymore. She wasn't.....He was right.

Back in the 70's a cop here shot someone in the head through the windshield of his car during a pursuit and nothing was ever said about it. He was a one man road block. He also shot a crazy woman and killed her dead during his time as a police officer. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. I can't believe that's even an issue. Get your crap together Oklahoma!

Not all that long ago a cop shot a crap ton of bullets through the windshield of his cruiser at a psycho and they ended up shooting him up on a dirt road. How is this any different? Because the suspect had a vagina?

If you're up against anything that bleeds for 7 days and doesn't die you might want to have a few extra rounds at your disposal.

I’ve watched that video many times! That guy is a beast! Driving, calmly grabs his rifle, loads it, and commenced to send rounds down range.

New York State chief judge Sol Wachtler was famously quoted by Tom Wolfe in The Bonfire of the Vanities that "a grand jury would 'indict a ham sandwich,' if that's what you wanted."

Yeah ol' boy was pretty big and bad until his vehicle sounded like a pinball machine from all those bullets zingin through it. That's probably about the time he realized he wasn't as bad as he thought. Bet he got about two inches taller sittin in that drivers seat and it started smellin like hell in there.

There are more lawyers in Oklahoma than meth dealers and that's saying something. Just a prosecutor trying to make a name for themselves out of all the other lawyers in this state. Most of the lawyers in this state are liberal so that should explain their rationale for why they are pursuing this. I don't see them winning this case against the officer.

She probably lost all her money at the Indian casino and didn't have anything left for the dispensary. I think that's all they do in Oklahoma anymore. There's a casino and a weed store in every town![emoji2]
