        One thing I might replace in my leg workout is walking lunges with kicks to the nuts.... I think I would enjoy it more. They are brutal super settted with squats or presses

        Played 2 on 2 basket ball with the youth group this evening. Once you get past the part where you think your having an aneurism.... it’s smooth sailing

          Back and chest done this morning with a bunch of abs worked in as well

          DB bench press
          DB incline chest press
          Cable fly
          V-bar pulldown
          BB row
          Low row
          Incline situp
          Ab roller
          Hanging leg raise

          Arms and legs tomorrow. Ill have to get there a little early to get it all done.

            I almost slept through legs and back this morning but managed to limp my way in.

            High weights and high volume and high amounts of soreness soon.

            5 min skeeter warm up

            Leg Ext SS Lying leg curls
            BB Squat (total off 80 reps) SS Latpull down and Seated row
            BB DL (80 reps) SS Single arm pull down and high rows
            Body squats SS Straight arm lat pull down

            Drug myself out of the gym...

            Tomorrow is arms and core

              Looking like a beautiful day in store so I might just run my whole lunch break. Maybe shoot for 6+ miles.

              Tomorrow will be a rest day before my 45 mile bike ride on Saturday AM in Waller.

                A chilly 25 miles early this morning on the bike. Gotta be careful riding at night. Car nearly hit me when it ran a stop sign. Headlight, taillight, reflective vest does not offset idiot drivers. Good ride otherwise.

                  That is the one thing I hate about cycling. Dang drivers

                    DB front raise
                    BB Shoulder press
                    BB Shrugs
                    BB Upright Row
                    Machine Close Grip Press
                    Reverse Fly

                      I don't know how it happened, but I got to the gym about 20 minutes late. I hate that. It sure puts a crimp in my program. Oh well, no legs to day as was planned, but got biceps and triceps done along with abs. Heavy strip sets/supersets.

                      Preacher curl/pronated and supinated push downs/incline situp
                      BB curl/overhead tricep rope extension/hanging leg raise
                      Overhead cable curl/kickbacks/cable rotation

                      Gotta work this weekend so that sucks! Ya'll have a great weekend!

                            Then for some reason went and ran 3.5 miles....

                              2500yd straight swim last night.

                              37 miles on the bike this morning followed by a 5k brick run.

                              I am wore out! But my pace was great on the ride and run today.
