I think the Stasney cook had an opening this year. I think it’s 10K a spot, but it doesn’t get much more management minded than that place. It’s in Shackelford county.

I hunted that ranch a couple of times growing up. Awesome ranch. Probably one of my favorites.

I didn't even know they leased that Ranch. Yea I've seen pics of some monsters off that place. Guess it depends on what included in that 10K, worth it to someone obviously.

Yea i know they do pay hunts but didn't know they leased any of the 24k acres to hunters.

Only leases I know like that are in stx and 15k/gun.

Pitchfork is all mld I think they lease out abt 80ks for hunting and manage pretty intensively. They are probably shooting 1 160"+ per 10k. The genetics are there in lots of place in ntx just not the density.

Have you talked to Johnny with diehard outfitters he leases gobs of property in cottle and childers co.

Might see of JC steltzer has anything available on his place too.
