Let's see some game cam pics! Congrats on the new place, I sure miss having a deer camp to get away to with friends. I'm fortunate enough to have family property to hunt back home, but it's just not the same as a weekend away with your buddies.

We only have one game cam on the entire place right now. Just hasn’t been a priority. Joe pulled the card from it though this last weekend and had this guy...

Then there are tons of hogs down there as well. We are working on denting that population right now.

Love a great come-back-from-the-dead turnaround thread! Great work!

One piece of advice, the Pex plumbing below the house might be a magnet for rats/critters to bite into to get water. Also, I want to say its not supposed to be in direct sunlight.

                  Keep up the great work.

Thanks for the suggestions. We’re aware of the potential rat problem. Our well fills a trough with the float valve bypassed so it runs over and provides a little “oasis” next to camp. I’m hoping they aren’t suffering for water and won’t jack with my pex. With the exception of the little bit coming from the RV pump, the rest of the exposed pex is shaded all day.

That doesn't look like fun and makes me itch looking at it

I agree, but it will make me cool when it’s 120 down there this summer chasing Axis.
