My concern with gm trucks would be the whole onstar deal starting on the 19s from what I have read if u modify anything with truck power levels whether it be a tuner or delete the onstar system will shut the truck down the 17-18 can be deleted but $$$$$$$$ and have to jump thru hoops then lose your arm and leg. Gm has encrypted the ecm with something crazy so you have to buy a new ecm or send yours to be unlocked 2-3k then find someone with tuning software which could cost another 1-2k from what I read the 19s and up will just about be bulletproof to adding power or taking any engine component off

I agree with this. I’m a Chevy owner, and am considering purchasing a new 2019 half ton, and I don’t think I’m a fan of that grill. At all
