We took the kayaks out yesterday. It was my brides first paddle and she loved it! Next we will try the bay Saturday and gradually raise then remove the training wheels.

On a side note, the repair work on the Ascend is working out quite nicely.

Haven't been out in ages, so i dusted off the kayak and fished Brushy Creek Lake Park in the afternoon.

About 10 fish total up at the dam end of the park. A couple photos of little ones.. nothing worth measuring.

Got out on Lake Travis this AM. Expected some wind, based on the forecast, but it was glassy calm.

Lots of boats and kayaks in the Cypress Creek Park area.

Managed 14 total... most if them between (when I put in at) 730 and 830.

No big bass, best was 16".

Figured out my phone case was blurry after the 1st 8-9 photos, ....
