                  I've thought about doing this very thing several times but thought it would spook the deer to see something new along their trail. You just proved me wrong and I will definitely be using this method in the future. Great job!

                        It worked great for me. Couple things I'd suggest though. Use the same kind of brush that is around your set up. Don't bring in different tree limbs or shrubs from somewhere else that look different. Also, I put out 3 different sunflower plants in my shooting lane and marked them at 20,30 and 40 yards. The does and fawns about had a fit seeing a different plant in the coastal. Deer can remember what trails are supposed to look like! A lesson I learned on this hunt.
