There's not a lot of deer density in the area but the seller says he's seen deer around the pond and passing through on occasion. Not gonna be giving up my west tx lease anytime soon but I see a feeder being set up out there in the near future nonetheless

No sir...North Kaufman Water supply corp. Water tower is about 1/4 mile away across the county road fronting the property. My meter is being put in at seller's expense.

Rascal. You will put a feeder out and a stand and I have $ that you end up deer watching. I hintvelsewhere but my yard deer are well fed. They actually start to have personalities once you watch the same deer everyday
