got him in the other trap and put 4 .22 bullets in him to make sure he was dead

My door is always tied open. When I set it, I run a trip string across the far end of the trap and put some corn behind the trip string. The trip is just a metal pin tied on the end of the string that is now stopping a loop holding my now untied door open.
