I had to buy my license once at Walmart on Black Friday morning, HOLY MOLY... what a mistake. There were people, LOTS and LOTS of people, mostly women, and they were backed up waiting to get into the store. Won't ever do that again. WOW is all I can say. I would try an Academy as mentioned above or anything else but a Walmart.

I see now online is not an option if you need tags... Heck even Oklahoma does everything online including tags. It's quite simple actually. Wonder why TX is behind on this?
