Is it a tree or vine? I can't tell from your blurry picture. If a vine, it's Virginia Creeper.

It was not a vine. Thanks guys thats why I asked...I know there are several look-a-likes out there so wasn't sure. I can let some of you guys know where the large patch is in case you still want to try to smoke it.

So, it's a tree or shrub? I'll bet if you pull it up, you will see some runners. Your pictures are lacking.

Take some pictures of the stalk too, that'll help identify it.

Looks similar to a young Buckeye plant. Don't know where you are though.
