    Holyyyyyy crap…. I’m fried.

    19 mins of stairs at level 15 (2.5 mins was at lvl 9 carrying 35 pound plates)

    Push ups /// Ez bar SC’s
    DB bench press /// plate over head ext
    DB incline bench press /// dB kickbacks
    ISO incline press /// rope push downs
    OH rope ext /// push ups
    Single arm concentrated push downs // push ups
    Unassisted tri dips /// leg lifts

    100mins / 1450 cals / 154 BPM

    Sauna 11 mins

    Every super set either had high knees, KB swings or high jumps mixed in between sets for cardio

        It's a short work week this week so I gotta get it all done for the next 3 days. Chest, back and biceps got hit this morning. I ran out of time and only got 3 movements per body part done. Still 16/14/12/10 rep range.

        Incline bench press on smith/BB curl/lat pull down neutral grip
        Bench press/hammer curl bar over preacher bench/rope lat pull
        Cable fly/low row inverse grip/bilateral BB curl

            Starting to see too much of myself on this thread! We got 40 days to finish strong during the toughest part of the year to keep things rolling in the gym!

                My legs were still tender from the last session but forced myself to go after my duck hunt!

                Stairs for 15.5 mins lvl 15 (3 mins at lvl 9 carrying 25’ plates)

                DB RDL’s up to 110’s // body squats // decline crunches
                Goblet squats with 120’ DB // 70’ KB swings // high knees
                Angled hack squats TF // calf raises
