      Cool ain’t it!

It’s a miracle I noticed it. There was a thousand other stones in the sifter the same size and that groove caught my eye. This is my third sinker but first in hill country terrain.

I’m not sure if the fossil is a fern or a refer plant😬

Found a second broken arrowhead here in Brown county.
Both found near an 1800’s long gone homesite.
Anybody ever find multiple points that might have been
Found before and brought to the old house by the settlers?
          Near the Comanche county line.

          Thanks

          BP

First I've ever heard of a sinker. Can you please elaborate?

We believe the white one in center is a knife as with bottom second from left which is a very thin one at that and looks to have a groove for the handle with a forward stop. Info would be great! Was told Archaic but someone else called it something else so....

Better pics needed of the white one with groove and tge broke up red one beside it. Good focused pics of both sides would help.

                    Not a sinker, it’s a Echinoid.

I think you are right. Learn something new every day.

It might of been used as a sinker.

                      Makes it super cool...

It certainly is an echinoid(sp) that gas been altered into an artifact. Now it's the coolest waco sinker ever.

The flat tan item is a big flake struck from a core to be used as is. The red item is a broken Gary . Looks like it has been in a fire .
