I enjoy building my own. Don’t have any pics on my phone. It does sting a little more when I lose one though.

        Look great

Can't remember ever seeing a H hunt earlier than Nov so should be interesting to follow.

        Good luck

I like that vane setup. Hows the 4 fletch shoot for you? Lose any speed going that route with the 2deg offset on them? Always wanted to try 4 fletch, just cause.

You may want to validate your day count, should be @51 days?

Wow! You got me beat Greg! Which color setup do you find best after a shot in the field. Assuming is wasn’t a complete pass through and stuck 2’ in the ground! [emoji41]

For most of my personal hunting I have shot the same white Texas flag wrap and 2-3 white vanes. Have shot the same for 10 years or so and have left them all over the world. I see white pretty well and I like looking at blood on a white wrap. I have shot solid fluorescent colors before and liked them. Seemed like my glue adhesion wasn’t as good on some of the bright yellow wraps I had. Probably just the wrap! If you want to find the arrow I really think bright blue and pink are great. Those two colors just don’t seem to disappear in nature.

I have been shooting 4 fletch arrows for hunting, 3D, and indoor for quite a few years. 4 Fletch take a little more time to fletch, cost a little more to fletch, but do they fly better than a 3 fletch? No not really..... but hey... they dang sure look cool and that is important too.[emoji1]

You answered my main question, do they fly better, and if not I likely wont go down rabbit hole. They do look cool tho ill give you that!
