        That is a good safe pre emergent thatll take care of weeds and most annual grasses as well as johnson and sandbur.

        You'll need to tank mix with glyphosate.

        All you'll need to touch up is the perennial grasses that pop up with the glyphosate every now and then.

        There is better stuff but its high dollar. I have a side spraying business so I've ran a bunch of products.

          Esplanade EZ. Kills EVERYTHING it touches and lasts a year or so. Works quick too. 24 hours you can see exactly where you hit or missed.
