    School me on weed control!

I have an approx. 300' x 12' of Caliche drive way where the weeds often take over. Doing a little research it appears some type of pre emergent would be best. What do you folks recommend? Brand, how often, economical, etc..
    Thank you

Too late for winter weeds this year. In very early spring you can put out Halts pre emergent for warm season weeds.

Why do you say its too late for a winter per-emergent?

Get you a jug of Pramitol 25E. It’s a pre and post emergent herbicide/ soil sterilant. It will keep the drive clear for a minimum of 1 year. DO NOT LET THIS PRODUCT GET WHERE YOU DONT WANT IT.

I do not think so, but they do have similar products just not as cheap

I haven’t put mine out on my yard yet either. As long as soil temps are well above 75 degrees I am afraid if anything it’s too early. I will probably go ahead and apply this week

In north Texas the last day to put it out was Labor Day for it to work.

RM43 at Tractor supply - I have the same situation you do and I spray the entire area - last about a year - and make sure no run off can take to plants or trees you do not want dead - I use on my fencelines, etc too
