Looking for Homes For Sale in Waxahachie

My brother and sister in law have taken news jobs at Life School. They would like to find a 3/2 or larger starter home in a nice neighborhood in Waxahachie to purchase. They are expecting their first child in October.

They’re working with my wife who is a licensed Texas realtor and they have been pre-approved already by a lender.

They’re hoping to find the following:

- 3/2 or larger
- 1400+ sq ft
- fenced backyard
- 1-2 car garage
- 10-12 years old or newer
- decent neighborhood
- $215k or less

Any leads outside of online real estate search engines is much appreciated. TIA

The $215K or less is going to be the hard part. New is cheaper than used as far as bang for your buck. The real estate market there is still pretty hot.
