    Got legs and biceps done today. I'll get chest and triceps tomorrow.

      Back and triceps done this morning. I feel pretty good despite getting home late and getting up early. Supersets to maximize my time since I'm still going to work early.

      Overhead cable pull/weighted dips/incline situps
      Bent over BB rows/skull crushers/ab roller
      Bodyweight pullups/overhead rope extension/rope extension
      Lawnmower pull/cable kickbacks


      Shoulders and legs tomorrow.

        Chest and shoulders got tore up today. Supersets 5X10-12 on chest and 5x10-12 on shoulders and still didn't get it all done.


        DB bench press/rear delt fly/incline situp
        Incline bench on smith/lateral raise/incline leg raise
        Seated wide grip bilateral chest press/Arnold press/weighted crunch

            Forgot the pack tennis shoes for the weekend so 0-2 there.

            Knocking out chest and cardio right now. Changing my set up to extremely high reps. Attempting a 100 rep exercise workout. So 3-4 different 100 rep exercises around 50-60% max

              Chest and bicep supersets this morning. Ain't nothing better than bench press with a sunburn!

              Incline bench on smith every setting to flat/preacher curl/incline situp
              Incline bench on smith every setting to flat/DB hammer curl/incline leg raise
              Incline bench on smith every setting to flat/arm blaster curls/ab roller
              Seated wide grip bilateral chest press/curl bar with handles

                Got 14.6 miles on my bike this morning [emoji559]. 12 miles yesterday and walked 7 miles the day b4 that. Just pulled into Toledo Bend just now to meet my cousins to put some pain on some sac-a-lait for a few days!!!![emoji476]

                  Really threw myself into running more this year. March was 105 miles. April was 106 miles. Yesterday I ran the longest distance I have ran in 35 years - a 10 mile run.

                    A good shoulders and leg day. I found a shoulder routine somewhere and have used it the last couple of shoulder days. They're toast right now.

                    DB rear fly/leg extension/incline sit up
                    DB lateral raise/prone leg curl/flat bench leg raise
                    DB Arnold press/sled leg press/calf raise/hanging leg raise
                    DB front raise strip sets/supersquat
                    Seated shoulder press/weighted crunch.

                    The set and rep range for the shoulder routine is what kicked my butt. Tomorrow will be back and triceps.

                        I found the key! Getting to bed BEFORE the sun goes down and I sleep like a baby. Gonna have to try and keep that up. Back and triceps today. Some ab work thrown in as well.

                        Landmine strip sets/weighted dips/ab roller

                        Bodyweight wide grip pull up/cable pushdown/weighted crunch
                        Lawnmowers/cable kickbacks
