They were wrapped in towels in the Yeti for another 3 hours before slicing, while we went to my daughter’s pre-k graduation & talent show. I should’ve started them later, but was trying to have everything ready to eat by 6:00.

      Amazing Stuff, Looking for the finished product

      Hey!
      Its really amazing to see. I suggest you to try brisket with the "overnight brisket marinade" in Charl-Broil Analog Electric Smoker. Its amazing, I fell in love with that. My husband and I enjoyed a lot with my two boys last weekend.

          Not sure if Ill get to it today or tomorrow but it will be Worcestershire, fresh mortared peppercorns (green, white, black and pink), minced garlic, and kosher salt. Seared med rare and sliced thicc. Im curious how tender it will be. If it comes out like a giant rib eye I may not buy true steaks anymore.
