This week in history, Okie Carl Magee was granted the patent for the first coin-operated parking meter. I think it makes a cool target.
We'll shoot the first shot of a day from 10 yards, (7 for kids), any stance, at the meter target shown below (print mine or the image or draw your own, with window portion about 6-1/2" wide and 3-1/2" tall). Object is to hit in the timeline window even with the longest time available-- the "2" for 2 hours -- WITHOUT hitting the Time Expired sign.
To count, the shot must be in the clear "window" portion of the meter. Arrow must be at least half inside window edge. Then just see what approximate time you get. Most time on a single day's shot wins. Up to four days' tries allowed. Tie-breaker is best shot on earliest day's try.
