Spring Break Hunt with the family

Annual spring break trip to the hill country was a blast like always. Shorter trip this year due to high school baseball, but the kids sure made up for it with some dedicated hunts.

This kid is turning into a hog killing machine!

My daughter hunted hard all week, but we weren’t having much luck. She was able to dirt nap this one on our last night.

My daughter decided to sleep in this morning so I reluctantly went by myself. Decided to take the very first gun I ever owned, a Winchester Ranger 20 gauge my dad gave me when I was 16.

              Good times right there.
Soak it in. Before too long everyone's gonna be "too busy".

                    PSA...

When using your smart phone for pics, if you always have the shutter button on the right when holding/shooting pics, they will be oriented properly when posted/viewed on line... Those two that were upside down you had the shutter button on the left... Sideways pics means shutter button was on the bottom (or top)... some on line host sites orient the pics automatically to best fit the screen, thus when you hold the phone upright, the pic will be sideways so it fills the screen (which is 16:9 aspect ratio)... Same holds true for video too... You'll get a full screen on line view if you video with the phone turned so the shutter button is always on the right.
