Nursing Home Food Inspection Question

Just about All assisted living and nursing homes have this problem. This is not a health department issue. Its a training issue by the nursing home, a lack of them not giving a s&^% and the nursing home trying to provide the cheapest meals possible. Hate to say it but nothing is going to change.

They’re all the same. We have one here in town that we run calls to often and they’re terrible.

The home my grandpa was in in Corpus has surprisingly good food.

Used to eat lunch with him and it was good enough you'd want to ask for seconds.
