Had an exciting night chasing pigs in belly button tall goat weeds. It was tough to tell what direction they were facing when the light was on so I had to shoot with just the moon light. 2 misses to start the night, then connected on one that wasn’t recovered, shot was way back being the hog was facing the opposite direction I thought. This hog was center punched and I had to crawl in on hands and knees to a thicket and get a follow up arrow to seal the deal. Not ideal, but a lot of fun!

This ol doe came to get a persimmon yesterday evening and gave me a great quartering away shot at 18 yards. She went 65 yards. Can’t beat it!

Haha, yeah I’m not a backwards hat kinda guy unless I’m in the woods. I’ve never been able to shoot with one on forward, not even the short bill style.
