Sams or Costco?

Ready to join up with one. Which is better and why?

My choice is Costco mainly due to the better meat choices.

They both too crowded for me. I was sams member years ago but it really just wasnt worth paying membership dues to stand in long lines to check out.

I've contemplated getting one of these and if I had to pick one, I think I'd get Costco. However, the nearest Costco is 8 miles and usually 25-30 minutes down a busy road from my house. There is an HEB less than a mile from my house.

With curbside pickup, I can be home from HEB with my groceries before I ever get to Costco.

Convenience has won out and I just go to HEB.

We actually have both, but use Costco more and have Costco visa.

Having memberships at both (one for work and other personal), we much prefer costco.

That's like asking HEB vs Walmart.

Costco hands down, more selection, the in house made stuff is good, and can't beat a hotdog and coke for $1.50

Costco's.. Way better quality of items, and yes the Meat selection is way better IMO

I prefer Costco, but use my Mom’s Sam’s Club membership via the Sam’s app and self checkout. If you know someone with a membership see if you can use their log in information on your phone app. Sam’s just seems more dull and isn’t laid out as well. There’s also a lot more junk food compared to Costco, which isn’t always the best.

Have both but prefer Costco. Quality of products seem to be far superior to Sams, and their meat selection is awesome.

We use their credit card and get points and cash back for everything we purchase.
