I’m sorry I misunderstood. I thought maybe that was the case but I read some of the other posts that led me to believe otherwise. My fault

Whereas…not shooting yesterday and first shotting this today…sure makes me want to count another shot…but… some GOF might throw a textual fit.

The current mark at 3 1/8” still stands for challenge.

        Good shooting MrAndrew.

No. You actually shoot the challenge.

Now and then. I'm not as committed as I use to be.
I actually shot this one specifically because it wasn't a multiple shot challenge because I have not been able to shoot much.
Hoping I can get back to shooting regularly soon.

First shot in over a week and it wasn't worth taking a pic. 6"+ right

Must be me then!!!! And I didn’t throw a “textual fit”. I merely stated than an arrow that was obliviously out was out!!!!! It dosen’t matter how much paper was cut. If it ain’t touching, it ain’t touching!

                  Carry on!

This is all in fun but honestly the question of line cutting is one in contention. Both on our little paper for fun things and on foam at TBOT events. Personally if the arrow just rubs the line or touches the edge that isn't cutting it. If the arrow dents the foam and the dent (concave around the arrow) touches the line it's not a cut but I've seen it called as in.
I'm not gonna win many if any 3D shoots. Ya know, unless like I'm the only one who shows up. So when I shoot it's against myself. That 5 instead of an 8 or 10 instead of a 12 doesn't benefit or hurt me. So "blurring the line" so to speak is less of a critical thing either for or against my score.
However, from a character or ethical standpoint, I'd rather there be little grey/gray area to have someone speak ill of.
I'd much rather be called a sorry shot than a cheat. But then that's my paranoia or character flaw.

You haven’t ever seen me kick a rock!!!! It might just all be folklore.

I did find this at the shooting stake at target number 30 at a shoot in Austin once. It’s nice to have good friends that care about you!
