Born and raised in and love Texas. But these transplant dems and libs are about to take over the state. Love bowhunting BIG WT’s…….so it would probably be somewhere in the Midwest….Kansas or Iowa…..maybe Missouri

I’d buy a place in Matagorda and a place in Port Mansfield or Port Isabel. I got saltwater running through my veins though. If you like to look at mountains and freeze your ball sack off the mountains may be for you. I’ve been all over the west, have a bunch of family in SW Montana. Not a single place I’d live other than the Texas coast.

Either Southern Missouri or North Arkansas.
Enough fishing and hunting to see me to my grave.
Clear cold running water, mountain lakes and open forest few people.

I am 100% Texan but I would put half on a place in the mountains or real dang close.

If I somehow came across a couple mil, I'd Clear off my measly little 2.5 acres and build a nicer house. If I don't get rich which will probably be the case as I'm retired and don't play the lotto, I'll still stay here. Been on this little piece of dirt for 43 yrs, it's mine and I wanna live out my life here.

My wife and I are actually flying to Bozeman Thursday, I am looking at a few places in that part of Montana, I will always have my places in Texas but we are going to find some relief from these summers.

No taxes. Not income. It's my money.

80,000 a year is 1500 a week with no mortgage payment or rent. Lol. Plus if I gotta move that means I'd sell this place. There is another 200,000.

My wife will get SS in 4 years. Me too in 12. Also 7 years after that, at 72, this place might bring another million.

                          Easy.

I didn't see that many details. Lol.

Lake Tahoe on the Nevada side.
