Need Some Gun I.D. help

Found a rifle w/o the bolt and rusted. I've been cleaning it and I have uncovered the serial numbers. S5529. Need help ID the gun. I believe it's a Spanish Mauser. But I don't know the year or caliber. Please help.

If there is no crest on the top of the receiver your chances of identifying its origin are close to if not zero.
