I'd probably drill a small hole at each end of the cracks then sand really good and fill with a good epoxy or small fiberglass patch

I would do an epoxy repair then maybe have it sprayed with bedliner

Duct tape! They make it in white now so there you go.

I’d probably just cover with some of the rubber coatings like flex seal

Did you something hit it or get dropped on it? I would go with the drilling on each of the crack and epoxy myself for a more permanent fix.

Not sure how it got there.

This, or cut out the cracked area and fill with some white marine tex epoxy. If you let the marine tex sit until it starts to set up a bit you can then take a zip lock bag and "dab" the repair so it sort of orange peels.

What's the reasoning behind drilling the holes at each of the crack?

The holes stop the crack from growing larger. It's done all the time in acrylic windows and aluminum skins on light aircraft.

I don’t have any cracks in the roof of mine but I was going to fill some of the small hail dents in with Bondo. I don’t know if that’s even good stuff to use for this, but hopefully someone with some knowledge will chime in.
