Heading up to the property for the first deer hunt since purchase. unfortuantley, I don’t have the luxury of cell signal up there so no chance for a live hunt. Good luck out there guys!

I had the same issue on our new place up in Haskell county so I stopped in at US Cellular in Durant (by the Walmart) and picked up a prepaid phone for $40/month. Pay for it the months we want to use it. Service is great. FYI

We have not made it to our place up there this year yet. Pics are looking good and making me jealous. We are still it in the woods here in Texas though. Been at it for almost a week straight. Hunting today, tomorrow and took 3 days off next week (Tues,Weds,Thurs) gone be hitting hard until I get it done.

A quick recap for 3 days hunting. I saw a lot of deer movement - every day in spite of heavy rain on Wed, lots of deer coming to hand corn off and on all day (mostly on). I am Dad and shot the 11 yesterday late afternoon.

Thx guys...that sucker had to weigh over 200lbs, biggest body I’ve ever seen on a deer. He was after a doe and she almost ruined...came to full draw when she was directly under me. She spooked, he jumped and moved to 25 yds quartering away...he went about 200yds and I’ve never seen such a blood trail, was about 5 ft wide all the way to him. G5 Dead Meat broadheads

Congrats on an awesome buck! Was planning to head up to my lease last night but decided to hold off when that big storm blew threw - figured good chance creek may flood again. Looks like today would have been a great day to be in the deer woods! May try to head up this evening for 3 days
