        Did the usual run/walk yesterday. 20 minutes, avg 167bpm. Will be back at it today.

                      I now knock out a quick 30-35 minute workout on my lunch break 3-4 times a week. It’s not as much time as I’d like. But the reduced time limit has forced me to take shorter breaks , get my sets in quicker, and I have more focus on getting a quality pump. It’s a fresh new approach to it for me.

                          Officially made it a rest day. Most importantly I kept my eating in line for it being a rest day which is a big plus.

                          Might get crazy and do chest, bi’s and tris tomorrow
                          Have to be in work at 6:30 so my alarm is set for 4:30 to try and make this happen.

                              2200yds straight in the pool this morning. I like working out in the morning. I feel revved up the entire day and I don’t have any commitment to do it when I get home in the evening and just want to relax.
