Id be door knocking looking for land to hunt. I've hunted about 70 miles east of Wichita for 16 years. I love it up there, but I could see being bored during the off season. I do know ticks are BAD up there when it's green.

Yes and no, in fact half of our farm came up for sale this year... But we have had luck in the past knocking on doors, and will probably be doing more of it this year since we may be losing a bunch of our land.

Let me know if I can help. I have some friends with a lot of land and cattle in Manhatten area I'm trying to get on. They lease a lot of the land to outfitters currently. Trying to see if there are any scraps left.
