    Sled leg press/calf raises/t-bar row/incline situp
    Leg extension/Weighted pullup wide grip/Cable rotations
    Front squat/weighted pullup neutral grip/ab roller

          I worked shoulders and triceps today. My right shoulder still has some kind of impingement going on. I'll let it rest for a few days and see how it feels on Monday.

          Military press/cable pushdown pronated and supinated
          Seated lateral raise/overhead cable pulls
          Rear delt cable pull/cable kickback
          BB front raise/overhead DB extension

          Leg day tomorrow. I may throw back work in there as well.

Hit it hard again tomorrow. And on night shift. I have an issue of not taking days off to rest. I feel like I don’t accomplish anything taking rest days but forcing myself as I know it’s needed.

                Yessir, thx for checking on me!!!! [emoji106] Holding at 198 - 204 pounds. After being a chunky 237 or so I am [emoji173] loving the new found freedom. Feeling good, looking good, even more positive about life and gonna pull the trigger on a new bicycle [emoji605]as this one don't owe me nada!!!![emoji95][emoji817][emoji95]

                      Knocked it out this morning. Back, legs and biceps. I'm glad the weekend is here.


                      T-bar row/front squat/BB curl
                      Weighted pull up/back squat/preacher curl
                      Hexbar neutral grip bent over row/leg extension/arm blaster curl
                      Low row supinated grip/curl bar with handles/prone leg curl

                        Man legs was rough yesterday and I wanted nothing more then to skip that workout but pushed through. This morning was a pull day with 1500 meters of rowing mixed in.

                        Down 11 pounds in the last 2 weeks and hoping for another 10-15 by teal opener.

                          Wife and I (55/56 years old) in a solid cadence for us as work out buddies at Lifetime Fitness

                          Monday - Hot Yoga - part yoga / part boot camp intense stuff
                          Tuesday - 30 minutes fast cardio on treadmill, followed by 1 hour mixed weights (upper body / lower body)
                          Wednesday - Hot Yoga again
                          Thursday - Cadio Weights again

                          Sunday - Friday noon we eat very clean and light

                          Friday - Sunday morning we are in Shiner for weekend of farm work and generally eating and drinking how one does in Shiner.

                          Kendra just had her physical and her numbers and measurements were off the charts, as body fat down to lowest levels she was hard into running and boot camps when we lived in Canada from 2010-2013. My physical isn't until February, but I am feeling pretty good right now.
