      2 sick dogs made for a short night. Geez. I finally just got up at 0300 and said to heck with it. My wife wanted to get to the gym early today anyway so she got her wish. Back and leg supersets 5X5.

      T-bar row/back squat/weighted crunch
      BB row inverse grip/sled leg press
      Weighted pull up/leg extension/incline sit up
      Low row/prone leg curl
      Lat pull down neutral grip/overhead lat pull/goblet squat

      Chest a triceps tomorrow.

        today was suppose to be legs but that was cut short when I was informed someone stole a tractor out of our laydown yard.

            Made it in this morning for some chest and triceps. I made a last minute decision to add some bicep work. 5X5 on chest and 5X10 on bi's and tri's.

            Bench press/preacher curl/weighted dips
            Incline DB press/skull crusher/BB curl
            Seated wide grip chest press/cable kickbacks/isolation curls
            Incline DB fly/incline DB curl/cable pushdown pronated grip
            Overhead cable curl strip set

              Still on the running in prep for the half on Labor day weekend.

              Starting to feel my overdrive gear come back, slowly. Been a long road back to outputs I was seeing pre COVID that I got back in Feb.

                  Still hitting it everyday Im supposed. Put in an extra cardio and stretching day today. Another HIIT workout tomorrow followed by cardio and stretching. Counting down the days until we leave for a much needed few weeks in Lake Tahoe. Rolling out on July 27 or 28th. We will be active there but it will give our bodies a break from all the weights and gym movements.

                    A good gym day to start off the week. 5X5 leg and bicep supersets. Actually 5X5 on legs and 5X8-10 on biceps. A little ab work as well.

                    Back squat/curl bar with handles/incline situp
                    Leg extension/arm blaster curls
                    Sled leg press/preacher curl/ab roller
                    Bilateral leg press/overhead cable curls/crunch machine


                    Chest and back tomorrow.

                      Still been doing every major muscle group each day for 4 sets of ‘x’ reps. I’ve been extremely happy with the results in both strength and physique. I’ve always been the 1 to 2 major muscle group per day kind of guy, but thinking I’ll stick with this a bit. I’ll alternate between push and pull motions for around 32-36 sets per day.

                            Shoulder/Boulder yesterday doing 5 new exercises and can feel it today.

                            Push day this morning...

                            192lbs first of June and went 204 on the scales this morning. 12lbs of lean muscle in a little over a month... lol... but **** it feels good

                              Arthritis sucks. My joints are killing me today. I guess I'll have to talk to my PCP about it. I sure would like to stay away from the celebrex and such. I pushed through it yesterday and today, but dang it was tough. Triceps and legs today. 5X5 on legs and 5X8-10 on triceps.

                              Sled leg press/calf raises/weighted dips/crunch machine
                              Prone leg curl/cable pushdown
                              Leg extension/cable kickbacks
                              Back squat/overhead rope extension

                                God I suck.

                                0-3 this week. Forcing myself to go instead of lunch today since I am having such a issue waking up these last few days.
