Ask him for a bone stimulator. That will help it fill in. Won’t correct alignment but will fill in voids

Not being "normal" is my "normal". I hate that!!!

I'll try and draw you a visual picture.
        Looking top down,
        It's straight.
It's shifted off to the right a tiny bit and back.

There's voids on the sides he'd like to see fill in more.
Are steel toe boots in your future?

Would they have helped that much? My buddy had his pinkie toe removed when the steel crushed it in the boot.

          Hang in there PB.

No idea, always my fear is dropping something supper heavy and the steel clamping down and chopping toes off. But, if its that heavy more than likely wouldnt help either way.

I was wearing steel toe boots. I always do.
              Door landed just behind it.

Man I feel for you, hope it heals up right. Anything with the feet, puts a damper and a halt on a lot of things.

Next time stand about 1 1/2 inches back from where the door will fall!

Glad it at least looks better. Prayers for a full recovery. How long did the doc say to stay off of it?

He said start transitioning to sneakers this week and than to boots the following week or so.

Well I started back to work today. Whew....
                            I'm tired and sore.
Toes ache, knees and back hurt.

I did remember how to change tires on a semi. I got not one but two. It was great fun

I think it's pert near bed time

I was curious so I looked into the impact rating on steel toe boots.

If mine was the top. It's designed to protect from 75# dropped from 18".

So I'm guessing the door weighs @ 200# and was about 4' off the ground.
Not sure how well the steel toes would have performed....

Probably won’t hurt to put a pipe wrench on the ends of them toes besides big toe. Bend them up alittle a getting straighten out. Probably could run alittle faster 😂
