How does this hold up against hogs being this low ?

No issues at all. It's very sturdy.

I have one very similar made by Outdoor Addiction... very low to ground but not on a sled, has 4 legs. Never a problem with hogs.

It holds up well, but parking it in the median would attract a lot of attention, don’t you think !

I have the Buckees version which looks much less solid and 2 years in no mechanical problems. Being that low the pigs mud up my solar panel a lot. You might have to wipe the panel down some.

I have the 300 lb version that I’ve had since 2016 and haven’t had any issues with pigs and aoudad and random kinds of goats/sheep that come through

We ran those and Lamco never had an issue with East TX hogs. Both great feeders.

I bought 3 of these in 600lb this past summer for a new lease I’m on this year, and so far so good. No pig issues … yet (even though I have them on the game cameras)

Well, I’m not using for Highway medians but I am buying one tomorrow. I’ll feel better if I can stake her down but if you guys say they are good, I’ll give it a whirl.

For medians I use 1/2 pack grape koolaid in a bottle of pancake syrup.

I have been running 6 of these for several years on a couple different pig infested ranches without an issue.

No reason to stake it down.
