Thanks for the link. My sweetie has been asking me to make some breakfast sausage and so yes I will have to go to the lease to get the main ingredient of pork. Lol She knows I like to provide the freshest wild protein possible.
I need to just start carrying cards to give to people when they ask how things are seasoned so good. I'm not even a good cook and Mr. Blake's stuff makes me seem like I am.
I need all of the help I can get so I'm looking forward to getting some of the sausage mixes.
