Are you going with aerobic due to space limitations, or just because you like them better?

I'll be building a home soon where space mY be an issue, so just trying to gather opinions of different types.

I have clay soil so a conventional septic wouldn’t work at all and furthermore it’s a requirement since I have 9.5 acres and not 10+....aerobic was not a whole lot more than conventional

Aerobic septic installed today as well as closed cell foam throughout the entire shop

I wish I could take ownership of those welds but they are actually of a good friend of mine. I was just the helper! Maybe one day I can lay a bead like that....until then I’ll keep calling him!

That closed cell spray foam is the BOMB! Besides the obvious thermal R value I couldn’t believe how much more structural strength it gives the building. It sets up hard....almost like concrete.

I appreciate it man. You are right about that closed cell foam-Solid as a rock. You used to be able to hear the metal pop all the time as the sun would heat up the roof. Now you don’t hear anything at all. I’m thoroughly impressed with it.
