                  That red dirt is really just clay that gets drug by a 12’ harrow every other day. It’s a mess when it rains out there. Once they get the pond dug and the driveway put in, I will get to work on the grass situation. I’m sure that’s going to give me a list of problems as well

                              I used my father-in-law’s trailer mounted pressure washer since I still don’t have water yet ( I wrote the water company a check 3 months ago) it looks 10x better now.

                              Now it’s beer thirty [emoji1360]

                                I had the living quarters sprayed with closed cell today that way we can frame everything up and get the electrician in. Once everything is wired up and the plumbing is topped out we will come back and shoot the rest
