        The purple\chart DSL is hard to beat. I am a big fan of the white ice DSL.

        I think a lot goes back to confidence more than color, not to mention if the fish are not there it does matter what color you throw you are not going to catch them.

          Just ordered some purp/char and some white ice.. heading to FL in July and gonna try em down there..

          Havent really read or heard much of speckled trout in the surf near destin. They were thick as thieves in Surfside near Galveston..

            They won’t be thick there. Mainly ladyfish and Spanish mackerel.

                            Ugh!!! Well, as some of you know a car backed into me pinning my torso between her car and my tailgate a few weeks ago while I was loading 50# bags of fertilizer. I was just getting back in the swing of things from that and pushed myself a little too hard to get the deck completed and re-injured my neck, shoulder, and back. As a result of this, no fishing or lifting over 2#’s for the next 6-8 weeks!
