    I think that's a wise policy. I am not strict keto in that I am not trying to eat high fat. Just ultra low carb to lose some weight. Mostly meat, eggs, green leafy vegetables etc. I've lost 16 lbs in about 2 months.

        Breakfast for dinner tonight.

        Gonna try baking an egg with bacon slices in halved avocados soon. Those look awesome
