Made these last night and they were the best nachos I've had.
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 Can of Enchilada Sauce
1 Package of Taco Seasoning
1 Can of Refried Beans
1 Can of Sliced Jalapeños
Bag of Shredded Cheese
Bag of Tortilla Chips
Pico de Gallo
Sour Cream
Preheat your oven to 350. Cover a cookie sheet in foil. Put tortilla chips all over the cookie sheet. Brown your ground beef. Once its done, add the taco seasoning and enchilada sauce and simmer and stir occasionally. Heat your beans in a pot (I added a touch of water to mine to make them a little easier to spread). Once your beans are heated, grab a spoon and put the beans on the chips. When you are done covering the chips with frijoles, cover the chips with the meat. Generously cover the chips with cheese. Put it in your preheated oven for 5 - 10 minutes or until the cheese melts. Once the cheese is nice and melted and gooey, adds sour cream, jalapeños and pico wherever you want and enjoy.
