Adding 3-4 "Legs" under the bottom circle would remedy that pretty easily.

Yeah but putting an adjustable sled on it will help with that

It would probably need to be bedded in a layer of sand or gravel to stabilize as well. Plus it’s gonna move every time you move since the seats are attached.
