Simple, I wipe any excess liquid out of the bottom, fill it up with soap and water just over the tray and let is soak. Takes 2 or 3 minutes tops

Fried eggs- wipe a paper plate down with butter crack a few eggs on it season as you like (Uncle Chris’ steak seasoning is really good). Cook at 360 for about 8 min come out like they where fried over easy.

Boneless pork chops marinated in Italian dressing for a couple hours. Slice up 5 pieces of bacon and fry in a cast iron skillet, after the bacon is almost done ad in diced jalapenos, tomatoes, onion, bell pepper and garlic. Stir it around until onions and bell pepper gets tender. Pour in the Italian dressing from the soaked pork chops and let it all come to temp. When chops get done in air fryer stick them under your skillet mixture and let it all rest. Its good lol

Never heard of this but I'm going to try it. Paper plate is kind of weird though....

Quail stuffed with Jambalaya rice and jalapeño and cheese venison sausage then wrapped with jalapeño bacon.

14 mins at 380 and it turned out delicious!

I reheat stuff in ours and it works great. Left over fried things like fish, chicken, steak, etc, comes out "almost" fresh, crispy and makes great left overs. I also use it on already baked cookies to get the fresh out of the oven experience.

Definitely going to try the wings, grilled cheese and eggs.
