Lol thanks man. Lots of whiney little girls on here anymore. Anyone could have put into the same pool and had the same odds as me.

                Good luck on your hunt!

Will you be using the Iron Will broadheads?

And I want to be clear that if I had the money I would be doing the same thing you are every year. If there is a way to better your odds you have to take it. Im fine with not being able to hunt new mexico for now.

Ok so here is the bow and arrow set up I'm running. It's the same as from my antelope hunt. Elite E35 70# 28.5"
Gold tip pierce 300 435ish grains

I will have the iron will heads on two of my arrows and the new rage trypan on the other 3. If I'm calling to a bull and he's coming to me I will nock the iron will. If it's a situation where I'm stalking in and the shot will be a little longer 50+ I will nock the trypan. I was really impressed that head on my antelope. It literally cut his spine in half. If it weren't for that slight chance of a quartering to me shot I would just shoot the trypan.

Im liking the looks of the iron will. If they made a heavier version I would probably be buying a few

Edit: just looked and they have added a 210 gr. Might have cost me some money

I am gonna be pretty busy at work the next week and a half so I'm trying to get some prep done this weekend. Just made some sausage egg and cheese breakfast burritos and vacuum sealed them. I can boil some water in the mornings and throw the whole thing in to warm them up. Easy breakfast with no clean up

Going to be some very long work days.

Good luck. I'm jealous. I want to go elk hunting again. Maybe I can get drawn next year.
